First time having a thai based massage and it was fantastic! My body felt invigorated and energized while my mind felt completely relaxed. Definitely an experience I'll be coming back for! Pier was very thorough in her pre questions making sure to cater the treatment to my needs and was very holistic in her follow up discussion regarding overall care of the body. As a physical therapist myself, I'm pay a lot of attention to how my body is worked on and am very particular. highly recommend

Was a fantastic first time acupuncture experience!. Craig was such a delight! Not only was there a full patient history taking where I got to talk about my pain in full detail and with much feedback and care, but they addressed my source of pain/ discomfort directly! I left feeling completely relaxed for what maybe the first time in my life! So very grateful and planning on setting up a long term pain relief plan soon!

I got my beautiful eyebrow tattoo done at Nabi Studio. Since it was my first time getting an eyebrow tattoo, I was a little worried about whether it would be painful. However, the experience was amazing—I actually fell asleep during the procedure because there was no pain at all! The results are absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with my new eyebrows. My friends and family have been giving me so many compliments. Thank you, Nabi!

I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant.
