Second time and another new beauty experience from Beuty with Grace. Terrible me forgot to get her name! Have booked again for to try another one of their services. So far - hair (with the lovely Pam a few weeks ago), today with a stunning young lady doing my eyebrows - threading shape, tint and upper lip wax. I have had the best experience at Kess Hair and Beauty at the Crossing. Danish is an experienced and professional hairdresser and a super nice person - friendly and genuine customer service with a smile! Had my nano brow touch up today. Nely spotted all the bits I had noticed (eg a darker line, a bit that didn’t take initially etc) and fixed them all up. Can’t wait for these to heal to see my final results. The results beforehand after the initial nano treatment were awesome - perfect colour and not too dark just like I asked for :) thank you Nely! She was so accommodating, polite, efficient and quick and knew exactly what I wanted. My daughter usually does my hair and make up but she was unavailable to do so. She was very pleased with the end result that I got and so was I.

First time meeting Nely & getting my eyebrows done by her. She made me feel comfortable straight away & after seeing my eyebrows , she suggested what would be best for me. I felt confident in her ability to look after me & she made my eyebrows look amazing. First time I had them mapped out & even. I ended up getting Henna & just Luved my eyebrows. I will be going back to see her on a regular & would definitely refer her to my friends & family on to her aswell. Thank you Nely..

Two parts to this review. 1. Liz was great!! 2. Heres an FYI more than a complaint!! I overheard, yes you read that right! that the service I booked is now priced differently, but the changes had yet to make the price list! I get that any service provider has the right to make changes to their services & or prices but under the Consumer Guarantees Act, those changes must be made known to the client BEFORE the client accepts the service, not while they are nearly at the end of the service! Make the changes clear so the client knows what to expect

Pam, Dee and the lovely team did such a fabulous job with my hair today! I had a half head of foils, root touch up, toner and an amazing hair mask and my hair looks and feels incredible! And the prices are sooooo reasonable!! This was all under $300 which was so so good, especially as I was there for an entire afternoon 🥰
