Avani was polite and welcoming. I am not from Auckland and thankful I caught a last minute appointment. Avani did try to consult what my hair would have benefited more from but due to restrictions with a plane to catch she understood and still did a good job.

Love this place and the fantastic Hina! She is an absolute star and very professional. No beauty job is too hard for her. Ari is amazing with Beauty 😍, I was a microblading virgin but decided to give it away to Ari and I def made the right choice...thank you for my perfect brows. The entire team are lovely as Kess Henderson, But my overall favourites and will always be my go tops for hair and beauty is Madhu and Ari! See u ladies next month

Love going to Kess Hair. I didn't make an appointment & they kindly fitted me in. (I was desperite) Supported my aunty who has cancer and ended with a garage looking bald. Thanks Kess for the new look! New Year, New Look.. :)

Overall great but going to pay at the end wasn't informed that they didn't have afterpay anymore. So had to use my savings for Christmas. Please make it aware to others there's no payment options anymore. Cheers

Amazing service and love everything that VIJItha my hair stylish and beautician does had a deep-conditioning for my dry scalpy head and hair this is a hero product it's a must for every ladies to have done followed by a regrowth to cover up my greys my regular fortnightly salon visits. Highly recommend and the staff are lovely .. Thank You's
