First time getting my lashes lifted and tinted. Sira was lovely, welcoming and understanding. Took her time, talked me through the process and the results were amazing. Absolutely recommend going, she does a range of appointments from goth/alternative makeup, bridal makeup, to facial treatments, brows and lashes.

Lucy always does an amazing job - even without photos for inspiration she always seems to give me exactly what I want and if something doesn't look perfect to her she takes the time to redo it. Her services are fantastic value for money and I can't imagine going anywhere else as it's a fantastic environment with easy conversation. I'd recommend her to anyone

I see Joanna every there weeks. As I work in hospital I can't paint my nails but she does a Japanese manicure that lasts. I am mature and I used to have acne so I get a facial specially for my needs, I really notice the difference! I get as well my eyebrows done with hena and I get a full body massage super relaxing. I love the service Joanna gives, great knowledge and product quality. I look forward to our appointments, I think she helps me to look naturally beautiful x

Outstanding customer service! I am a nail biter... I couldn't have asked for a more supportive or useful nail treatment today. Somehow I have gel nails on, even though they were bitten into absolute oblivion. The restorative treatment feels so good - and the decor of this place was healing for my eyes too. There's a reason this place is so booked out in advance, but it's well worth it.

Joanna is a very lovely woman polite and professional, I haven't felt relaxed in a while and my appointment with her just took a load off me. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for places to go to for any type of beauty treatments you will not be disappointed by Joanna. The services carried out by Joanna were carried out very well. Even just to go and pamper yourself this is the place you get your personal privacy which makes it even better. No waiting time she gives her clients full 100% of herself she was present in the moment.

I can’t fault the service I was provided. Super attentive and doing what is right for every client. Will definitely be coming back!
