Today was a real treat.. because hollies arm massage is amazing I thought I'd add a full body massage on to my facial appointment, I was not disappointed it was fantastic. She definitely got rid of alot of knotts. The facial as always was great the head and neck massage I think is my new favourite 😍

Zoe was absolutely brilliant! A wonderful therapist with a full knowledge of all services offered in this beautiful salon. I absolutely love visiting the loft! It really is a little bit of heaven, so warm, cosy and relaxing. Sarah is THE BEST masseuse ever…her spa background really shows as her technique is undoubtedly one to beat…I cannot fault the loft spa and being in the industry myself you really have wowed me with your whole customer experience and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hollie, has really helped me over the last couple of months. I have been having frequent skin flare ups and a friend recommended I see Hollie, after two months on a regular routine my skin has massively improved. I look forward to a monthly facial and red light therapy. The products that have been recommended are really helping my skin, it’s got a far better texture to it. I highly recommend Hollie for any skincare needs.

Had a wonderful first time visit to Loft Beauty and was treated my Holly to a luxury pedicure then Land of Maybe treatment. To say I floated out would be an understatement. From the welcome to the final touch of a lovely brew and slice of cake, it was a completely wonderful experience. Holly was very knowledgeable and listened to my likes and dislikes and tailor made the treatment to be exactly what I needed. I'm delighted with the ongoing benefits from the session and will be booking in again soon. hidden gem and friendly, warm space full of positive energy. 10 out of 10.

Another great Hollywood wax with Hollie! My first wax after having a c-section two months ago and so was feeling a little nervous going into it. Sarah was welcoming and delivered great service. The massage was lovely. The only improvement I would suggest is sign posting directions as it took a while to find.

Been visiting Hollie for over a year now and my skin is so much better. The facials are amazing and using Environ has massively improved my pores and overall look. I can definitely tell if I’ve not had my facial. Thank you so much Hollie for your amazing service and that you actually care about your clients. Excellent service as usual at The Loft. The full back of body massage I had with Suzi was amazing!

It was excellent from the minute we arrived! A warm welcome and then upstairs to choose off the drinks menu. We both had delicious hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. We had pedicures and relaxing warm oil back, neck and shoulder massages on the heated beds, finished off with a foot massage. Honestly, we felt like we floated out of there. The staff were so friendly, service was excellent and the place is just gorgeous! Highly recommended!
