Shanice is a miracle worker, and takes time to follow up outside of treatments to make sure your plan is going okay. The clinic is stunning and is my go to for ultimate zen! This was first appointment having colour to my hair. I have been going to the same hairdresser for the past 30 years and since moving to Peterborough had the difficult task of finding a 5 star salon to match my old salon. I was quite nervous but I needn’t have worried, not only did Steadman & Co match my old salon but exceeded my expectations. I won’t be going anywhere else, I’m now here to stay. Great salon, great people and great atmosphere. I will go as far to say probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever had

I had an amazing experience getting my lip blush done! From the moment I arrived, Becca was so warm and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. She explained every step of the process clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was virtually painless, and she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results are absolutely beautiful, natural, soft, and exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Becca 💖

Shanice is just amazing at what she knows about your skin and works her magic with the right products just for you.My skin looks and feels so much better since ive been going for my facials.Every product is tailored to your own skins needs and i would not use anything else now on my skin.And now i have the right tools in can keep up to my skin routine that Shanice has explained for me to do at home.

4/5 days have passed nice since I had the lip blush treatment with Becca! So happy with the finished result, cannot wait to go back for a top up! Becca is so lovely, very accommodating and made sure I was happy every step of the way! Would really recommend!✨🫶🏼

I’ve suffered with acne from the age of 12 and was put on contraceptive and tried all sorts of pills and potions that would work for a period of time then stop and I would have another flair up. Now being 25 I finally wanted to tackle my acne and Shanice has given me amazing support and guidance, nothing has felt forceful it’s all been at the pace and budget suited for me. After every session I feel so relaxed and refreshed. I am so grateful to have found SMUK and for the first time in what feels like forever I have hope that I’m going to reach my skin goals!!

Shanice knows her stuff! I was recommended and I'm so glad I took the confidence to go and see her. Everything is explained in detail and the treatments are not like anything I've experienced before. Every appointment is different and Shanice really takes her time to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed as well as work her magic hands on your face (she really has magic hands) Thank you Shanice, I can't wait for my next one!

Top up after 2 years on full leg, armpits and brazillian. First time in the new clinic - stunning! And finally first time with the new machine which is incredible! If you want to go to Paradise and be beautifully pampered along the way, then have the Japanese Head Massage. Millie was amazing at the whole experience and perfected every element. The whole thing was amazing from start to finish.

I can’t recommend Kerry enough! She is amazing!! I have my face, back and Hollywood lasered and it is life changing! Especially on my face, I can feel comfortable putting my hair up and not hiding away again! Kerry is so welcoming, it’s like going to see a friend! If you are thinking about having laser, do it! I had my 3rd appointment with Katie this week and we turned up the laser, it hurt more but Katie was brilliant taking a pause after each laser which really helped. Seeing great results already with slower growth and patchy areas where the hair already isn’t growing back. So pleased I started this ☺️ Katie is fab

Lovely service and welcoming, unfortunately, due to my leg hair being blonde and my arm pit hair being light also (dark blonde) I'm not a suitable candidate,the laser didn't pick up my hair follicle at the patch test due to the above. The lady explained it works on darker hair and unfortunately not on blonde, light colours or any red tones. To eliminate wasting the consultant and patients time, this may be worth adding 'what is suitable or not suitable' on the website and advertising platforms. I would reccomend visiting here based on the customer service received. Thank you ladies.

Wow! Loving the new salon it’s so fabulous! I visited today for the Japanese head spa! I didn’t know way to expect but Lucy guided me all the way. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back. I even fell asleep at one point which is unheard off as I don’t relax normally. My hair feels luxurious now. Thank you Ellen for being this to Peterborough and making it feel a 5star experience. Your new salon is beautiful too, and always the team make you feel like family. I really wanted a catch up with Lucy but I relaxed too much!!

Kerry is literally the best at what she does! Not only does she explain in full ANY question you have regarding your treatment, she really does make you feel so comfortable! I would recommend anyone who is considering Laser Hair Removal to book in with Kerry! Great experience! I’m 4 sessions in and it’s already a total game changer!
