Jordan was so gentle throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. Her attention to detail and knowledge really showed — you can tell she knows her craft meticulously. From choosing the colour to the aftercare it was outstanding! I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. I travel over an hour just to see them, and it’s always worth it. Whether it’s HD brows, facials, laminate brows, or lashes, the results are always amazing. Truly the best place for beauty treatments in Newcastle

Had my lashes done and my makeup and hair done for my wedding day. Laura is lovely and did an amazing job. Loved my hair and makeup, Laura kept me calm on the wedding morning as well as doing an fab job on me and my bridesmaids. I couldn’t recommend her enough!! THANK YOU Laura!! Xx
