Fantastic experience! Sophie personalised my treatment, leaving the colour on a bit longer to make sure it fully covered my greys. She remembered details from my last visit and kept the conversation flowing throughout — plus the coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, my experience was amazing! The lovely Louise made me feel so welcome and instantly put me at ease. She explained every step of the process so thoroughly and made the whole experience feel so luxurious. After showing her my brow inspo, she knew exactly what I wanted and completely exceeded my expectations. Louise is an absolute perfectionist and her talent is unmatched. I recently had combination brows done by Louise, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was really nervous beforehand, but Louise took the time to explain every step of the process, which immediately put me at ease.I'm now on day 6 of healing and I'm so happy with the results. I've had no issues with my skin at all, I’m so happy with the results. Travelling 3 hours each way was absolutely worth it, and I'm so glad I made the journey.
