Director Jess did my permanent eyebrows. I am not a big make up wearer, so this is a big step for me. Other than it looking hyper real, I did not know exactly what I wanted so relied on Jess's experience to guide me. It was painless and Jess was lovely, and the shape and detail look absolutely amazing. I am excited to see how they end up once the process has finished working.

She really listened to my skin concerns and gave me lots of information so that I could make a properly informed decision about what treatments to do. Everyone was so warm & welcoming, really easy to chat to, the atmosphere was comfortable & relaxed. I had my hair coloured by Megan and then extensions fitted by Daisy, all in one day. They matched the colours up perfectly to my inspiration pics. I was supplied with drinks & they happily let me eat my snacks during my appointment. I managed to get lots of work done on my phone using their WiFi whilst I was there too, which was really helpful. Daisy gave me a personalised haircare kit & told me how to look after my new hair at the end of the appointment. 10/10 experience. Will highly recommend!

I recently visited Danni for my Profhilo treatment and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Danni took the time to go through all of the important “need to knows,” explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without hesitation, which instantly put me at ease. Conor as always did a great job of colouring my hair (regrowth). We also discussed alternative colours for my next visit which I’m excited about. Conor and Daisy offer a fabulous client tailored experience- the best salon in Canterbury! He also fixed my weave despite me not being booked in for that - so professional!
