Touch-Up Done & Still Loving It! I did my first cosmetic eyebrow and eyeliner tattoo two years ago, and it was such a pleasant experience. I came for my cosmetic tattoo touch up and was grateful Siu Siu kindly fit in my daughter for a Specialized Needle Acne Treatment. She has struggled more with acne this year despite careful cleansing and pimple patches. Siu Siu examined each spot thoroughly and treated them attentively. My daughter felt pampered and hopeful. She just started the 7-day post-care kit (day 2) and her forehead already looks calmer and less red. We look forward to seeing more improvement in the coming days.

I’ve lived all over Sydney, and travelled the world and this is still the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Beautiful and elegant interior, very hygienic, gorgeous customer service, loveliest pedicure/manicure massages, foot scrub, attention to detail on cuticles/paint work and my normal polish lasts a full week!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing! I don't get my nails done very often and always thought my nails ended up looking thick and unnatural, especially with acrylics but they did such a great job! My nails look very natural and super clean. I brought my mum too for a Shellac pedi and mani and her nails looked amazing too. Highly recommend!

Finally had my eyebrows done by you again after 5-6 years! So happy I waited until I came back to Hong Kong. You perfectly fixed the unevenness, and I absolutely love the results. So lucky to have you in Sydney now!

I had incredibly damaged nails caused by shellac removal with a drill from a different salon. TEN came to the rescue and assisted me. Thank you Hayley for being so gentle. Super happy with my nails and will make sure I only use TEN in the future. TEN team are incredible x

I just had eyebrow tattoo at Siu Siu Workshop and the experience is amazing. Siu Siu is very professional in understanding what’s my needs and expectation, and is very detailed in crafting my ideal eyebrows. She is also very caring throughout the process to make sure I feel comfortable. The workshop is located inside a household and is a very clean environment. Would recommend anyone to have a try.

I had such a great time at the makeup class with Siu Siu. It was super informative but also really fun. I loved how she broke everything down into simple, easy-to-follow steps, and how practical the class was, you actually do your makeup and get feedback from her on the spot. It felt very personalised and was especially helpful for me as a beginner. I honestly learned so much from just one class and now feel way more confident doing my own makeup. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s interested in makeup or thinking about any of Siu Siu’s services.

I almost never leave reviews, but TEN is really special and has completely changed my experience of what a nail salon should be. I have had the best manicures in over 30 years of getting them - my nails never break, peel or crack and the SNS doesn't even scuff or dull! They look so natural and lovely. To be able to make an appointment and know it will start on time, and be treated as a VIP and not a number is a game changer. The staff are clearly so happy and Nina is an absolute SWEETHEART. 100% flawless service and highly recommended, thank you! I'm a permanent customer now for sure.

For years, Siu Siu has been my go-to artist for cosmetic tattoos in Hong Kong. She just did my eyebrows and eyeliner again last week! My best friend also sees her—we all do! She is an absolute expert. Now that she's back in Australia, we all miss her so much!

The girls here are exceptional. I’ve had my nails done by both Annie and Lina and they both take the time to make sure you leave with perfect nails every time. My shellac always lasts 3 weeks and I work with power tools all day.

I'm thrilled to give Siusiu's Workshop a five-star review for their amazing eyebrow shaping and makeup course! Siusiu was skilled, offering clear, hands-on guidance that made learning easy and fun, with stunning, natural results. The workshop was clean, cozy, and perfect for learning. The staff were friendly, patiently answering all questions. The course was practical, letting me apply skills for daily or professional use. Siusiu's Workshop exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone eager to master beauty techniques!

The ladies here are excellent and absolutely professional! I had accidentally stuffed up my appointment I made for myself and a friend online, and the ladies were kind enough to squeeze both of us in with their other clients at the same time. Hannah was fantastic for a pedicure and SNS (and makes excellent coffees) and Mel did some wonderful nail art, exactly what I asked for!

Had the best Saturday afternoon with some lovely ladies at a Makeup class led by Siu Siu and Yvonne. We all received great personalised and practical tips for our makeup. I enjoyed it so much that I would love to attend another session in the future to learn more advanced skills.

Always do a great job. Lovely salon too. Added bonus is being able to make appointments online, and they are always punctual.
