First time customer and couldn't fault them. I had a 10 am appointment, got shown to my seat, was assigned a consultant, colour was put in my hair (for regrowth), was asked if I needed a haircut or blow wave and I said no, didn't try to push any additional services, and no idle chit chat (sometimes you just want to read or skim social media) and then they come and take you to the sink and wash off. Then you get dried off and you pay then you're done. Will def keep coming back for sure! It's a no nonsense experience and it was perfect!

Yet another awesome experience for my daughter. On this occasion, we had a Birthday Princess Package where my daughter was pretty much treated like a princess (somewhat making me jealous of the pampering). From a manicure/pedicure including foot spa, massaging and nails. Then makeup and having her hair done. My princess was definitely in her element - her future relationships with boys will definitely have to spoil her, especially after daddy spoiling her in her younger years. Great work team!!!
