Welcomed by Kate in reception alway pleasant and friendly. Brow top up day by the lovely Charlotte. Nice and relaxed during treatment. Instructions on after care and informed I'd need a 12 mth top up. All in all 5 star treatment always

Charlotte was amazing, she is an artist within her field of expertise. She listened to what I wanted and now the shape and colour of my brows are perfect. With such a gentle touch during the process, it would have been easy to snooze. The atmosphere in the treatment room is relaxed and comfortable and I felt completely at ease throughout. The aftercare was clear and easy to follow and I have no doubt that the healed result will be better than I could hope for. I am a returning client and today's treatment was just another reason I will remain loyal to the lovely ladies at the house of Rose.

Kate is so welcoming in reception, everyone is so friendly and atmosphere is lovely. Brows with charlotte throughout appointment informed what she was doing from mapping to doing brows was some comfortable. Well informed on what to expect through healing process and on aftercare.

A very professional and efficient service.

Mum hadn’t had her nails done for a while. Ali was very gentle and caring towards her and gave advice for ongoing foot care.

Lauren is amazing as always! Iv had many treatments with Lauren and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My skin feels amazing 😍 100% recommend

Yvette was extremely professional and thorough. Sge explained the treatment carefully and provided me with some lovely samples. I will most definitely be rebooking.

Another great appointment, I was feeling really low after my NHS consultation for my back, Emma listens, really listens, she explains things and treatment options and home care follow up advise, she brings back my optimism, that in itself is worth every penny! Back injuries are a long difficult road and it’s such a relief to have someone at the side of you. She really has brought me a long way from when I practically crawled into my first session. Today I also had treat of a pedicure as I can’t bend to do them myself, now I’m laid resting looking at my lovely pink toes 🙂

Emma explained my mri results in simple detailed terminology thn the nhs consultant. I was able 2 ask as many questions as i pleased in turn received a very detailed response she did not make me rush and made me feel relax and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her services as she is very helpful and informative about the career and service she provides. 💯👌🏻
