Jordana is a friendly, attentive and v engaging person. Given the intimacy of my treatment, she puts me at ease immediately with her approach to her work. She makes sure I’m comfortable, not in pain and generally cares about her profession and clients. We always have good conversations, which double as great diversionary tactics from the treatment, which makes it a lot easier, believe me.

Brilliant service right from booking to after care.

Jacqueline was brilliant and very helpful. She gave me great advice and proceeded with care.

Really great service. The Clinician was extremely professional and composed. She did a fantastic job with my blocked ear canal and was really gentle, as I was in a lot of pain and discomfort before I started the treatment.

Was gentle but managed to clear my ears and I can hear clearly again the first time for a long time

At my appointment I was kept informed really well by the man on reception, very friendly and relaxed. I then went in and had a thougher examination and wax removed, absolutely painless just weird sensation. Again very friendly, relaxed lady who made me feel comfortable with her, lots of advice but also listened to my views on moving forward. Good experience and I would highly recommend them and will go back if needed in the future
