I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I would recommend this treatment if you need a bit of self-care or a proper wind-down. I’ll definitely be booking again! 🍂💆‍♀️

1st visit today, had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage with face reflexology, the room was beautiful, warm and relaxing, the massage was very effective to treat the pain I had arrived with, so much care and attention throughout the treatment, left feeling fabulous, will be booking again soon to try other treatments also. I had such a lovely pedicure with Adele – she’s set up a beautiful, welcoming space that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The attention to detail and care she puts into her work is fantastic, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I would definitely recommend visiting!

It is essential that we all take time out and care for our health. Soul Sanctuary is a special, sacred place to allow your mind and body to repair, restore and return.

Time with Danielle is both a treat and a retreat. As I walk through the door there is a strong sense of sanctuary away from the busy, loud world. The experience is much more than “ self care”
