This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Elise's honest assessments ensure you receive only what's best for your skin. Her skincare recommendations are spot-on, often offering more effective (and sometimes cheaper!) options. I had a PRP (aka Vampire) it’s not my first and the results are truly amazing. I have a receding hairline that was treated twice before lockdown. Now the areas that were treated have hair about an inch long ... and it’s brunette and not my usual grey! Plus it’s great for the face. Don’t be scared of the injections - they take a little blood but it’s completely painless (so much better than my experiences with the nurse at my GP) there is never a bruise. Then you lay down in a beautiful relaxing room, you are slathered with numbing cream, the plasma applied and then a shoulder massage! Fab!

Had an amazing experience. AJ was really accomodating as it was my first time having extensions, and walked through each step, as well as aftercare advice. Gave advice based on my eyeshape as I was still indecisive. Heard about the salon through a mutual friend, as many other salons don't cater to working people, but this salon opens late into the evening! Very presentable, clean and the ambience is comfortable. Would recommend!

Darren is amazing! Was my first time getting Botox in the UK, and he went over everything with me. He also discussed my skincare routine and gave me recommendations, without pressuring me to buy particular products like a lot of a lot skin places do.
