Jamie was great. She took the time to make sure the exfoliation and extraction was fully done all over my face. Special care was taken on the sides of my nose and beneath which is not easy as I have a moustache. Perfect pressure for arm massage. It was a stressful work week so this was perfect.

I've been coming here for a few months now, and llove it. Great service, very quick sessions, easy to book, and they really care about making sure you're comfortable. The results for laser hair removal have been really impressive. 80% of my hair is gone and l've already recommended this place to my friends. I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!
