What can I say ! Today is exactly what I have needed for a LONGGGG time :) Charlotte answered all my questions, was so educated and give me so much good advice for my skin ! I could not recommend the micro needling facial enough - my face is so baby soft and the glow is insane ! And this is the same day ! Can't wait to see the final results in a few weeks ! And the same on my lip flip - can't wait to go back again already ! Xx

Today I had around 0.7ml of magic shoved in my lips…. Lauren is so delicate and reassuring always checking I was ok and happy and comfortable. Well I don't know what to say, I have wanted lip enhancements for years but always been very nervous about going ahead. I have personal reasons for wanting it doing and wish I hadn't waited so long. I could have been living my life alot sooner if I had visited refined aesthetics. As soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and informed of the first stage of the process. All way through I was kept updated and talked through each stage, encouraged at every point and never doubted anything. I will definitely be returning which I won't worry about next time 🥰
