He knew exactly where to massage and what was needed. First time someone actually did the correct massage to get to the problem areas. I can highly recommend Kahe Hands and Matthew. Preface: I have a lot of muscle trauma. I chose myofascial release (MFR) and lymph drainage. It was a great combination. The MFR was intense. She worked on my major leg muscle groups. I have a fairly high pain threshold which was crossed during the session. I could feel the resistance as she worked on specific muscles. I felt great after the session and a day later I feel like I had a good massive full-body workout yesterday. I will be doing it again and I am so grateful for the professionalism and care I got (as usual).

My therapist, Isabella Rademan creates a five-star experience. She personalizes your massage to meet your needs, dealing with the issues at hand, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. The only "bad" thing was having to leave after 2 hours of absolute bliss.
