Ive had hundreds of sports massages over the years and Michalis knows his stuff. I highly recommend VitaKinensis they've been able to keep my body tuned up so I can keep playing recreational sports :)

I showed up today looking and feeling like garbage and left not only feeling like a million bucks but inches smaller all over, with a newfound toned stomach, and a snatched face because of the magic she does. She is so insanely talented and the entire experience with her is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I cannot recommend her enough!! Her skills are truly life changing.

My massage with Jackie was great as usual. She really listens and tries to figure out the underlying condition. Thanks to the regular sports massages I’ve managed to stay pretty much injury free despite large weekly running milages. She always takes the time and never feels rushed. I started my lymphatic sessions with Gabriela after my lipo, and it’s honestly been amazing. The swelling keeps going down, I feel so much more comfortable, and I’m finally starting to see my body take shape. Every session makes a difference.

Mariella was great! The space is really nice and she clearly has a lot of experience. I did the Veeshoney package which is a lymphatic massage and buccal facial. I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy so I was able to go on my side for the massage. For the facial it was a little tricky to find the right positioning so I would say only do a facial if you can be on your back. But the facial itself was amazing and I feel like my whole face is released. Highly recommend!
