We had a fabulous experience. The facilities are amazing, and all the little touches show that the team really care about their clients. We really appreciated the friendly helpful service and the sauna was amazing. Will definitely return next time we are in New Plymouth.

We booked a double floating experience in the Marino Room. We were really impressed with it, everything was so cosy, beautiful and clean. We were completely sore from the Taranaki Summit Climb we did the day before. We had a really enjoyable conversation with the owner and she was so kind to offer us a Normatec Compression service as a bonus. We loved the experience and it is a good reason on its own to return to New Plymouth soon.

I suffer Achilles Tendinitis but I'm also training for Hyrox. I've set treatment from my Physio, but I’ve only been able to continue my training at a higher level thanks to Jess. She’s always shown high consideration for my injuries, openly discusses her plan & continues to ensure I’m happy throughout the massage. The facilities are high quality, always comfortable & though the massage is firm, I am always relaxed & ready to train again (chill for a day though, you’ve deserved it!). I can’t thank & recommend Jess enough, cheerful nature, great communication, experience & knowledge. Huge Kudos!

A truly serene experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed by the peaceful and calming atmosphere. We booked the ‘Sauna & Float Package’. Having not floated before, Eleanor talked us through the process and what to expect. The experience was phenomenal. The perfect self love treatment that encourages you to let go of daily stresses and tension. Eleanor and Phil are exceptional hosts. We’re so fortunate to have a health centre in New Plymouth such as the Floatation Sanctuary.

It was an amazing experience, and I feel amazing! I feel so energised! I am not from New Plymouth but when I go again I will definitely be booking another session with Eleanor. Thank you, Tanya

Had a sports massage with Jess, she was absolutely amazing, perfect pressure and was constantly asking how it was feeling. Super attentive and definitely knows her stuff. I will definitely be returning, came out feeling so much better than when I walked through the doors.

Love the environment and relaxation here every time I've visited. Never fail to walk out feeling amazing afterwards. Beautiful touch having a refreshing shower after and being able to utilise the Sukin products. Absolutely adds a special element to every treatment.

A rejuvenating contrast therapy (sauna & coldplunge) was an incredible & superior experience! I highly recommend as it made my anxiety & stress dissappear! I'm coming back!
