I had the most amazing appointment. Started off with an hour of yoga, then a foot treatment, and finished off by a massage. It was the most loveliest experience, and I feel so relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend this.

Luana is amazing! Loved that her massage started with breathwork to bring you into your body and calm the nervous system before starting - something I’ve never experienced before for massage. She really took the time to understand how my body was feeling, and her intuitive touch and skillful techniques made a noticeable difference. I left feeling lighter and relaxed.
