I was so lucky to nab a cancellation appointment with Amy, I'd been suffering with terrible tension in my head neck & shoulders & needed some relief, I felt super supported throughout the treatment & got instant relief from the scalp massage, I left feeling so much lighter & the tension eased over the next day or so, im looking forward to my next treatment, thank you.

Honestly, that top-to-toe massage was next level. I went in feeling knotted, tired, and frazzled… and came out like I’d been rebooted. Every bit of tension melted away, head to feet, and the whole experience always feels so thoughtful and grounding. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I was floating out the door. Absolute magic, as always.

My 1st Lymphatic Drainage massage with Sophie, WOW I was not expecting these results so quickly. I can definitely see a difference. My stomach is flatter and my puffy ankles have gone! Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this treatment.

I feel like I’m floating after my lymphatic drainage massage. What a lovely person too, made me feel really comfortable. Can’t wait for my next!
