Had my first full body massage with Amanda, she was polite, respected my dignity and prompt. The massage was of the perfect pressure and thorough, found my niggly bits and worked them a bit more but not too much to take time away from the relaxation element. I will be back for the follow up! The lymphatic drainage massage was relaxing! You can either go to sleep or rest/relax for the hour but can easily get hold of the therapist if you need them. I’m looking forward to seeing if it has any positive effects and if so will be booking in for another session :)
