Marcus was fantastic. He listened to my daughter’s issues with her knee and ankle and treated her with great knowledge. Constantly checking she was ok and the pressure was not too strong etc. making sure she was comfortable. Which at 14 means a lot. He informed her of the muscles and ligaments etc that could be affected/causing the issue and showed diagrams to check she understood. He sent her home with an exercise routine. Great service - we were seen the same day. Highly recommend Marcus and the team at Warsash Therapy Rooms.

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage. Lovely, relaxing experience. Karen was very welcoming and the massage was great.

There are no words that fully describe a massage from Karen, simply the best, perfect is not an exaggeration.

I had a wonderful 90-minute massage with Karen, and she worked absolute wonders on my back, neck, and shoulders, where I’d been carrying a lot of tension. Her pressure was spot on, and her techniques were deeply calming. The foot massage at the end was incredibly relaxing — the perfect finishing touch to a truly restorative experience. Thank you!
