I had a neck , shoulder and back aromatherapy massage today with Janice. It was my first time having a massage so was a little nervous but Janice was so kind and caring ...made me feel so at ease. I felt so relaxed under a heated blanket to start. Then lovely warm oil used to massage my back. It was really soothing but she also applied pressure on areas i hold tension. It was perfect and didnt want it to end. I will definatley be returning again. A very professional service.

I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try.
