The best sports massage I’ve ever had. My legs were very stiff and achy from running. Nikki knew exactly where the problem areas were and really worked them. I felt like I’d got a new pair of legs afterwards 😁

Nikki has prepared well to enable her to reopen in the current climate and I felt confident and comfortable in the clinic setting as a result of the measures she has put in place. Once again a great experience carried out professionally with great care for her clients. Distraction caused by a meeting above. The room lends itself to the whole experience. The owners of the building need to appreciate/respect the importance of a quiet area - similar to meditation or prayer. Other parties should move to the school - not this group, which is booked on a regular basis.

Alisha is amazing, she is welcoming, kind, and really informative, she puts you at ease straight away. Getting to know you and your injuries or concerns that you have. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !

No pain issues to be dealt with on this visit so was nice to just have a chilled relaxing massage. Lovely way to have some me time and relax and reset. Thank you so much Nikki
