Frances was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, and we talked over my issues before the back/neck/shoulder massage. The massage itself was great, the right pressure for me, my problem areas were worked on, I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt so relaxed afterwards that I went home and fell asleep 😊😴. I would recommend, and will be returning for more therapies👍🏻 I will definitely return for more therapies

It was a fantastic massage and Frances was able to target my problem areas, leaving me feeling relaxed and less tense in a matter of 30 minutes - quite the feat! I would definitely recommend her services and hope I can return myself as well.

Through Frances impressive resumé of holistic therapies and experience, she highlighted the therapy of RLD (reflexology lymphatic drainage) to me. It was a relaxing experience, and with a few more sessions I'm hoping that some health issues that we've talked over will improve. I already feel energised today. Frances is very knowledgeable about her therapies, and has a lot of experience.
