Lindsay is a brilliant sports masseuse. I had the neck, shoulder and back massage with heat pads and heated oils and it was superb. She managed to untangle a couple of old knots that had been troubling me for ages. Great job!! Will definitely book again

Brilliant service as always. Super pleased with my treatments. Only feedback I'd give is when using the massage room it's really noisey outside and can distract how peaceful and calming Steph makes it. Today I visited for a Japanese head spa, and the experience was incredibly soothing. The spa's calming atmosphere immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment began with a deeply relaxing scalp massage that melted away all my stress. The combination of gentle pressure and essential oils was perfect. The deep cleansing treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and clean, while the nourishing hair mask made my hair soft and shiny. A bonus neck and shoulder massage added to the overall experience. Tonight was my first visit to Imogen and it was amazing! She made me feel very welcome and comfortable straight away, she was very easy to talk to and the massage was lovely, I feel like I have a new back! I'll definitely be booking back in!
