Rachel is so attentive, caring and hospitable. Her approach to self care is holistic which was evident because it went beyond surface level. I felt so calm and relaxed during the massage, not only because she targeted specific paint points in my body, but also because the space she provided beforehand felt non-judgemental, safe and comfortable. After the session, I had happy tears from just how much better I felt, not just physically but mentally too. Thank you for an amazing and extremely personalised experience that went above and beyond. As always, a well needed massage to iron out all the nooks and crannies that creep up and stiffen your body. I recently took my 84 year old mum for the first time who said, boy, does she know her 'stuff' A big thanks to you Rachel for looking after mum so well and for being able to un-knot my body, no matter what I've put it through. I can honestly say I can't live without Rachel in my life.

Steph is lovely - made me feet at ease and delivered a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage which really eased my symptoms

Had the Voludern treatment , very relaxing facial massage then the treatment , you can really feel it get to the correct places in your face .Highly recommend, seeing great results .

As a Coach and very active, I deal with the usual tight muscles, aches, and the occasional strain and every time I leave a session, I feel like a new person. They really know what they’re doing. Whether it’s working out knots, helping with recovery after a tough workout, or just general maintenance, the difference is always noticeable. It’s not just a massage, it’s therapy that actually works. Maxine is super easy to talk to and makes you feel really comfortable. They take the time to listen to to what’s going on with your body and adjust things to what you need that day.

My 3rd visit, and very happy with treatment and staff. Looking forward to my next appointment.
