Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body. It's a brilliant treatment that frees up the whole body

Carolina came to my home for rf and lymphatic drainage. It was my first time, she put me at ease straight away, explained every step, gave fantastic advice for my situation. I found this very helpful. The lymphatic massage was amazing, I felt like I was floating on air afterwards. She advised to eat a light meal which I did. I feel amazing and I had a massive smile on my face for ages after. I will definitely be booking again, might try a different treatment next time. I recommend Carolina, absolutely professional and friendly. 5* service x
