What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Lina is an incredibly talented masseuse, she gets it right every single time and I walk away with tension gone in places I didn’t even realise I was holding tension in! The armonia studio is such a tranquil space, you feel relaxed the moment you walk in, the decor is beautiful and it smells amazing! The armonia signature massage is my favourite as it is bespoke to your needs - for example in today’s session we were able to include hot stones, lymphatic drainage, cupping, face massage and more. The whole session is completely tailored to what you need! Thank you Lina - you are amazing.

Incredible experience as always! Thank you so much Lina for your wonderful hands, my body feels so much better after this treatment. I loved the aromatherapy oils and that you can choose your favourite scent, I also loved the continuous touch during the massage. I also really appreciated her checking in with the pressure and overall I felt so comfortable and relaxed! She definitely got all my knots out and I loved that the oil feels warm too. I will be booking in again for my monthly treatment!

Really positive experience with Kirstie, she came highly recommended and I can see why. She talked through what she was doing in detail and at all times I felt at ease and she was applying the right amount of pressure. I’ve had some massages in the past that have been really uncomfortable all throughout so this was a really refreshing experience and in a relaxing environment. She’s given me some advice on things to do and avoid after the session. Have already booked in next session and feel a bit better already - thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed having my nails, pedicure and a gorgeous body massage done there this afternoon with Naz 🥰 I was also greeted with a glass of chilled pink bubbly, as it was a celebration day at the salon! Thank you ladies ❤️

The lymphatic drainage massage is helping so much with my recovery. I see such a big reduction in swelling and feel so much looser. 100% recommend Armonia

Tina is great at making you feel comfortable and ready to relax for your massage. Her massage skills remove tension and stress and leave you feeling refreshed.

I’ve been having lymphatic drainage massages with Lina to help my recovery from tummy tuck surgery. Lina is wonderful! And I really feel and see an improvement in my swelling after having a massage.

I couldn’t recommend Emmalie enough, the Indian head massage and reflexology were both so relaxing, i could feel my stress and anxiety melt away - i could feel a lot of tension in my neck and head and i honestly felt like a different person when i left. I called my mum immediately after leaving and told her to book herself in straight away.
