This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

The massage itself was soothing, involving light, rhythmic movements that felt deeply relaxing and rejuvenating rather than intense. I noticed immediate benefits: reduced puffiness, especially around my ankles and face, and an overall lighter, refreshed feeling. Another great therapist today. I've had a couple of courses of treatment now and seen three different therapists. All have been amazing. I suffer with chronic back and hip pain. I'm so grateful to the relief the sports massages and Thai combination massages have given me. They have really improved my mobility. I've now booked my third course of treatment with motion remedy. I really enjoyed my massage, I had a sports massage which incorporated stretching. She worked very hard to make sure that my tight legs was loose. She was also very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.
