She immediately made me feel comfortable, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and effective, exactly what I needed. Beautiful, peaceful setting. I instantly felt relaxed. Warm welcome and personalised treatment made it feel really special. Alaine was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! I recently had a facial, back massage, and head/scalp massage at Om Holistics, and the entire experience was just perfect. From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. At no point did I feel rushed—it truly felt like a special treat. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Thank you!

The best treatment I've ever had!! I had the back massage, facial and head massage and it was absolutely dreamy. Alaine made me feel really relaxed and welcome from the beginning and I even fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment which has never happened before! Can't wait to book again.

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

I had a back massage and lymphatic drainage, and it was a really good experience. It was my first time trying lymphatic drainage, and the therapist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job working on the knots in my back, and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. The whole setting was calm and peaceful—I’d definitely go again!

I have been going to Rosanna for years now for different treatments including nails, toenails, dermaplaning and waxing. Rosanna is absolutely fantastic at every treatment she has to offer and takes her time to get you the best results. My most recent treatment with Rosanna has been the Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I cannot recommend this treatment enough! I eat healthily and go to the gym regularly yet like most people still suffer with bloating and water retention. After just one massage I am amazed at the results my stomach is completely flat this is going to become a monthly treat for me now

A wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable treatment from the moment I arrived. I’ve wanted to experience lymphatic drainage to see if it would give me a boost as I’ve felt quite lethargic recently and I also wanted to improve the appearance of my skin. Wish I could give 10 stars because wow! Had the most friendliest service ever ever. Could not fault the customer service nor the actual massage. I got a lymphatic massage and I kid you not, after 1 session, we both saw the most amazing difference!! Just whilst being in the room. Definitely going to be a regular and will absolutely be back.

It was my first visit today and I met Paula such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. The space was calm, clean, and relaxing. I came in for a lymphatic massage but explained I was feeling stressed, so she suggested starting with a relaxing massage before the lymphatic one. It was perfect! Paula made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She’s open minded, professional, and truly lovely. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend her to my family!
