Tried a massage with the bamboo sticks this time, not as brutal as it looks :) it helped me with easing up my tense muscles, highly recommend it, if you fancy something less intense

I'm like a kid in a sweet shop, so many types of massage to choose and Sam shows expertise in all the ones ive tried. Each seems to have had a different benefit. This one was a Rangu massage, absolutely loved it and the improved mobility in my neck the next morning is amazing!

Best and least painful experience I've had getting my lips filled, Gabriella was so knowledgeable with the products she used and put me to ease straight away, she was so lovely and I'll recommend her to anyone x

Went to have my massage today it was painful, but maybe we’re leaving. I feel much more relaxed and I got a lot of support for my needs.

Sam checks any medical history before beginning the massage, privacy and dignity are kept at all times and Sam is gentle when massaging the body. I never felt rushed. Sam answered any questions I had and has a completely professional attitude. I felt completely safe in Sam's hands and would have no issues recommending Sam to anyone else. As I get bitten by insects during the summer, Sam made me a solution to spray on my body which was kind of her. An excellent massage leaving me relaxed. Thank you Sam.

Sam is an exceptional individual who shines brightly across various platforms. Her compassion is evident through her charitable work, teaching, massage therapy, and broadcasting. She is always there to support others, and I feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with her and to witness her generosity.

Had the Brazilian Lymphatic massage yesterday and wasn't sure what to expect. The experience was amazing and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Strokes, massage and tapping areas and teh treatment felt like it was working from the first touch. Sam is lovely and very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I felt lighter after and a sense of overall wellbeing immediately. The following morning I can actually see my ankles and feel the bone instead of a big puffy ankle! It has noticeably reduced puffiness in legs, abdomen and stomach too. I feel great. Look forward to the next one.

Sam is excellent, quickly connected my medical history and required treatment, providing a tailor made massage to loosen aches, pains and stiffness from running. A genuinely deep tissue massage - thanks Sam, i will be back :)
