First facial I have ever booked due to having very sensitive skin. Fern listened to my concerns adapted treatment and carried out very relaxing facial with lymphatic drainage, explaining before hand the importance of this. A scalp and hand massage was also brilliant. I didn’t just have this treatment I also had a wax and eye brow reshape and tint, with very clear after care explained.. I shall be re booking and adding in a massage. Thanks again Fern brilliant service. X

Great massage. I had 75 minutes full body. Got to pick my oil before. Perfect treatment room (you can hear the birds singing outside) starts with a brief foot wash then a face & head massage then shoulders, arms, stomach, legs, feet, then onto your back where Kirstyn works her way back from your feet to end with another head massage. I felt super comfortable & listened to by Kirstyn as I'd had trouble with other providers being me being male. Lovely details like the height adjustable massage table & paper towel on the floor to avoid slips when oily. Thank you I'm now super relaxed!

This was my first time going to Fearne for an Indian head massage which I brought as a gift , Fearne was very friendly and made me feel at ease the moment I met her , my massage experience was much more than what i expected as I thought it was just my head but it was also my back shoulders and neck , I felt so relaxed also having calming music playing in the background , I would definitely recommend Fearne to a family and friends , I’ve already asked my husband that he more than welcome to book me another one From Jamie

The best massage and facial I have ever had. I've tried so many over the years including Thai massage and Fern was able to do so much more even in a small 35 min back massage session. I had that and a min facial and have come away feeling relaxed, and like a new version of myself. I now know why Fern gets so booked up! If you're wanting to pamper yourself I highly recommend and I honestly can't wait to come back again to work more on my shoulders. Unfortunately, last minute due to personal reasons I realised I was unable to have my massage. But instead of sending me away, Kirstyn was able to give me the loveliest facial I’ve ever had and didn’t seem upset at all with the change. I still left feeling relaxed and my skin looks incredible. This was my first visit to Orchard Holistic Therapy. I booked in for a back, shoulder and neck massage which was amazing. Kirstyn was lovely and the treatment room very warm, clean and relaxing. I had a shoulder injury weeks prior and can honestly say the massage definitely eased the pain. I came away feeling very relaxed and stress free. I would highly recommend to any one looking for massage. I am hopefully going to book further treatments.
