I booked a deep tissue massage last minute after suffering from sudden ntense back pain. Fiona was very thorough and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was peaceful to help destress, & I was asked about the room temperature so that I could have it as I desired. I also received tips for after care which really helped relieve the pain.

A truly wonderful experience at Spa Diamond today getting a hot stones massage. Fiona was really attentive throughout the experience. At the beginning and before getting started, she was keen to find out my preferences and, throughout the massage, I could tell she was feeling for places of tension and adapting her approach accordingly. She also focused really well on problem areas I had mentioned. Afterwards, she shared her expertise, including the physiological basis behind her approach, which was really interesting.
