I have recently completed 6 full sessions on the emsella chair and I can highly recommend Tracy and this treatment. Not only has it delivered noticeable results, it offers extra peace of mind when used alongside other forms of pelvic floor exercises. I will be back for the top up sessions, and for a catch up with Tracy who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! My visits were more like catching up with a friend, than paying for a service x

I had the most amazing - and well needed - wood therapy massage & mini facial by Emma. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’d never had a wood therapy massage before but WOW. I suffer with a lot of tension in my back and never seemed to find anyone who could really get stuck in. I can’t get over how much better my back feels and how attentive Emma was to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout! 10/10!!

The best massage I have ever received and I have had MANY. Thai massage I received so it was a lot of stretching but not once did I feel uncomfortable I was just so relaxed.... very professional and comfortable service received by Natalie, of course I re booked as well as my husband, brother and mum booking appointments. 5 star
