Flora was amazing during my mani/pedi experience. I’m a nail biter, and I’ve always felt self-conscious about my nails, but she was so kind, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to carefully fix and shape my nails and made me feel completely comfortable and never judged.

The massage was great, made sure to ask questions about any tight spots I wanted to work on and how much pressure I was comfortable with. Really enjoyed my experience at éclat. I opted for the scalp massage with a facial & lymphatic drainage. Flora was friendly, professional & very attentive. She did some work on my shoulders and upper body alongside the scalp massage part which was appreciated & very much needed as I hold a lot of tension there. It was a good mix of pressure to help with tension alongside soft relaxing treatments. I definitely feel my face feels a bit less puffy after the lymphatic drainage too & my skin feels really soft and fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a bit of self care!

Excellent massage, very considerate and took her time on pain point areas but didn’t lack on others! Really lovely welcome and for the first time in years I have woken up feeling a huge different, still tender as to be expected but I usually wake up in a lot of pain due to chronic back issues. I cannot thank you enough - I’ll definitely recommend and be back!

Flora was incredible. She gave a really thorough yet relaxing deep tissue massage that left me feeling so much lighter! She’s super friendly and calming; she put me right at ease.
