I highly recommend Joe Mbaya’s service. After my ACL surgery, I was struggling with pain and stiffness. Thanks to these treatments, I was able to get back on my feet and return to training. The massage helped reduce tension, improved my mobility, and really supported my recovery. Joe was professional and really knew what he was doing.
