I have had another treatment from the lovely and informative Christina today. This time I decided to have a lymphatic cleanse prior to the inner cleanse. I cannot emphasise enough how life changing this treatment has been for my overall health. Not just physical, but also mental and emotional. Bec's treatments are incredible. I feel a total sense of wellbeing afterwards, her massages are intuitive and nurturing. After a period of time of neglecting myself I realised today how much I value and need these treatments, which are the right combinaton of therapeutic work and complete relaxation. I cannot recommend Bec highly enough.

Wow what an experience both a little scary and totally exhilarating. I went in for the Oxygen compression massage and the Cryotherapy. I have had a knee replacement and the recovery has been slow. Thought I would try something new. The staff recommended to me what to book in for and appointment was managed well. When I went for my appointment the staff were very informed of my problem knee. Will be back next week

I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle this procedure was. I was very impressed with Christina's knowledge and skill. I loved the decor which was equal to a beautiful facial or massage room.

Love the red light therapy-after a couple visits seems to be taking the edge off my pain in right knee and left hip!The oxygen lymphatic massage is definitely recommended 👏Cryotheraphy have only done once but will def do again - felt so good afterwards 🥰 Denise

Saw Christine for colon hydrotherapy and lymphatic drain. Christine was very informative, suggesting many things that would benefit my health. She was very welcoming and easy to talk too and she performed both services very professionally. Only had it today and I did buy a couple of supplements so I’ll have to wait to see the results

Hayley was very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. My treatments were LED Therapy, Oxygen Massage and Cryotherapy. Highly recommend you try any, or all of them!
