As usual I had a great experience! I have had a lot a lot a lot of remedial massages but my massage today with Nova was the best one I’ve ever had! The perfect match of relaxation and deep tissue! As an RN my upper back is very tight so I will be coming here to see Nova monthly!!

The beautician for my buccal massage was amazing. She was knowledgeable and explained the process and how it worked for my comfort. She was honest about the amount of pain I may experience so I knew what to expect. The overall experience was great and the small amount of pain was worth it.

Head spa and massage was good, hair may have needed to been a bit further assessed before starting and detangled before getting wet so was easier to brush through and dry afterwards. Hair didn’t necessarily feel completely “clean” and rinsed afterwards. Otherwise nice experience for a relaxing treat.

Had the most amazing experience with Nova for my lymphatic drainage massage this morning.

Was super duper! However would have liked maybe a little more info on what to do after my massage (I got my first lymphatic drainage massage and didn’t really know the do’s and donts) also got to go into the red bed! Nice and warm but also was told it aided in the massage therapy but that was it. Spoke to some lovely girls who filled me in on all the details! Lovely experience (and maybe some people don’t like all the chit chat ALSO my fault for not asking 😅)

I have given a 5-star review because both Jo and Monique were lovely. If you are wanting a relaxing facial that includes a soothing face and decolletage massage then this is for you!
