I had my massage with Agung for the first time, and honestly it will definitely not be the last! She was incredibly professional, knew exactly how to relieve tension, and made me feel so relaxed. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Also, a special thank you to Shefali at the reception. She is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. First time to visit and it was a good experience. The therapist gave me Relaxing massage that I needed. Room was just a little cold and noise from outside can be heard during the massage. Overall goos experienced.

I went in for a body massage, hot oil, and a hair spa—and wow, what an experience. The massage and hot oil were done by a lady named Ago (if I got that right), and honestly, she has magic in her hands. I felt so relaxed… pure heaven. The hair wash and blow dry were done by Aliza (again, hope I got the name right), and that was just as lovely—such a great experience overall. There was a small mix-up with the booking team, as my appointment was scheduled incorrectly, but apart from that little chaos, everything else was absolutely on point. Will visit again

Julie did a very good head oil massage and dry. Randy is the best in Mani-Pedi, she has a very light hand which works for my delicate cuticles. Kulsum does my eyebrows perfectly. Very good experience.

I think Ibn Battuta branch is the best among branches they try to give customers the best service all under Ms Ghazal management and In reception Ms Shifali Everybody knows her job Everything is clean and also the massage rooms are tidy and quiet Today I booked gelish manicure and pedicure , haircut and blow dry and deep tissue massage .
