From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. Jess is wonderful, her lymphatic massage was powerful enough to wake up my sluggish system, while being rhythmic and relaxing enough to be able to switch off completely. My knots and aches had the benefit of her wealth of knowledge and personal experience; she really does have the magic touch!

The best .. the massage room is so relaxing with salt lamps and calming lighting . The oils are so good quality and smell good . Of course the massage is excellent.. the pressure and technique excellent. Natcha is the best .. Thankyou

Excellent treatment as always; after a combination of Scenar and massage, I left the session feeling much better than when I went in.

This lovely business is tucked away inside Target Fit, on Wanstead High Street. I had a lymphatic drainage massage, delivered by Diego. He was very professional courteous. Would definitely recommend, ps they also do sports injury massages.
