Had an hour Sports/Deep Tissue Massage with James and it has really helped! I severely injured my ankle ligaments so booked to see James who helped in the short term by easing the pain but also in the long term by offering great advice. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful massage. One of the best I have ever had. Thank you so much! The whole centre looks fantastic too.

Carl carried out some manipulation and muscle massage that really helped free up a very painful shoulder, gave a really clear explanation of what was wrong and exercises I should do to help. Have already booked my next appointment!

Experience was great. I was asked lots of relevant questions to identify the issue and any treatment required. Massage was uncomfortable but expected due to the nature of the session.

Good massage with James but room very cold

I had my 2nd visit to the Therapy and Fitness Centre this evening for a deep tissue massage with Carl. I’m 12 weeks post op from a Total Knee Replacement and having walked wonkily for 3 years, I reached out and Carl had given me my 2nd massage today. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is diligent, professional and respectful. Denise

I had the pregnancy massage today with Chyna and it was great. Just what I needed for all my third trimester aches and pains. My only feedback would be that the room needed a bit of music or something. It was a bit distracting hearing everything that was going on in the reception. Apart from that 10/10 amazing :)

Lisa gave a great massage, really put effort into my needs. Felt great after. Would definatley reccomend.
