I had Botox treatment performed by Denel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. Had my treatment with Denel today following my consultation a couple of weeks ago. Denel is such a pleasure to deal with, he is very professional and explains everything throughly, whilst putting your mind at ease. He ensures you understand everything and makes you very comfortable. You can see he is very passionate about what he does and more importantly he cares that you are happy with everything. I’m sure I will be returning at some point.

Honestly I don’t know where to start,I can’t recommend this lady enough.I’ve been having treatment of Jess for a few years now for my eyebrows lip and chin waxing and eyelash tint,facials.she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and I always leave feeling much better about myself.she is professional but also genuinely lovely warm and caring,she’s very easy to talk to and takes a lot of care and attention with everything she does.I rely on her massively,and always look forward to our appointments.💗
