I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

I absolutely love coming to this Clinic. I’ve been coming for around a year now. The nurse is so informed and patient focused. Her results are so beautiful and super precise. I trust this Clinic for their professionalism and also the accuracy with injections. They also give you a gift with a face mask with your treatment, so you definitely feel like you’re being taken care of. Thank you so much.
