The lady boss is very patient and explains every step clearly before starting, which makes the whole experience comfortable. No manual extraction, which I really appreciate. The pico laser isn’t painful—just feels like light needle pokes. Results are very obvious, and the facial was a pleasant experience overall. Will definitely come back again to try other services.

With a recommendation from my good buddy, I visited Joel’s Studio for my very first lifting treatment on my chin and jawline. Joey was very professional and patient in explaining the procedure and aftercare, knowing that I had no prior experience or knowledge about beauty treatments. I treated myself to Pico carbon laser peel & toning laser and fat freeze at Jöie's Studio, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and serene. My esthetician, Lei Lei, was fantastic – she took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment accordingly. The facial itself was heavenly, and my skin is glowing! I'll definitely be back.

I’ve done my nails with Ester a few times now and I’m always very satisfied with the results. She is very detailed, patient, and really takes her time to make sure everything is neat and perfect. My nails always turn out beautiful and last well without chipping. Ester is also very gentle and makes the whole session comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a skilled and reliable manicurist!

Hani and the lady who handled my skin is really gentle and professional and I enjoyed my visit each time. I love their laser skin light machine and each visit, my skin gets better and has improvements. I can't wait to book for my next appointment with them.
