This was my first facial after 2+ years hiatus. First time visiting this place and was attended by Narda. Overall I enjoyed the facial (and bonus aroma therapy) process! At the end Narda also went through my initial concerns with me and gave some suggestions regarding my skincare routine. She also did a quick play-through of the credit system and benefits, and not pushy at all. Am currently considering it as it can be shared with my mum, and would recommend this place!

As my regular facial therapist away. I had a session with Widyan. It was a calming and relaxing experience from start to finish. The facial treatment involved a very light and gentle touch, which made it incredibly soothing. Widyan’s soft-spoken nature added to the peaceful ambiance, and she was attentive throughout, regularly checking to ensure I was comfortable. I felt truly cared for and refreshed by the end. Brow Model for Lamination and Henna! First time getting my brows done! Super new to this & plenty of questions, Clariss & Kila were very patient in explaining and answering my queries. Kila was very skilled throughout the session and was constantly ensuring I was feeling comfortable and addressing my concerns. I feel the price is a steal and I get to see how I would look with nice brows! 😆

Superb session as always. Came with my face being red and dry due to an eczema flare up, left with hydrated skin and reduced redness. They are always understanding to my sensitive skin and would always make me comfortable throughout the session

Narda is very patient and gentle throughout the facial. Especially during the extraction she constantly checks with me if the pressure is ok. She is also very knowledgeable as she provide me tips on how I can improve my skin.

It’s been about more than a year with Resplandor and has been 💯 love the tips they give after each facial and that they tracked my skin’s condition after every treatment. I get lightheaded and claustrophobic easily 🥹 and they’ve been really accommodating to that 🥹 The skin analysis also helped me a lot to filter what products i should / shouldn't be using. Overall skin has gotten so much better inside and out after a year here 🥹

Narda was pleasant and made an effort to explain each step.. Credit packages were introduced at the end of service but there was genuinely no hard selling even after I turn down the offer. This makes a customer want to return for another session.
