Alejandra is lovely — knowledgeable, warm, and professional. She took the time to understand my skin needs and recommended the perfect treatments and products. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. What I loved most was that nothing felt rushed. Everything was done with genuine care and attention to detail. Jayde gave my daughter a gorgeous makeover for her first ball. She was very accomodating and flexible, when we were running late she reshuffled appointments and fit us in still making my daughter feel special.
