Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

Had the most relaxing facial (peel and red light) with the lovely Caitlin. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to products and skin concerns. Definitely recommend!

I always book with Nicole when I come back from a long flight. The massage was perfect to help relax and refocus before heading back into a crazy work week after returning from overseas, and helped heaps with circulation in my legs after sitting on a plane for 14 hours! highly suggest to anyone who travels to head into get the "weary traveler's massage".

The entire space is so welcoming and warm - I immediately felt at ease. Nandika is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and I learnt so much that I hadn’t known before. She was super understanding about different things in terms of budgets, capacity and was able to guide me in a way where I didn’t feel pressured in anyway. I felt really comfortable and safe. Highly recommend and can’t wait to start my treatments!

I had an amazing experience with Chelsea at Skintopia Mt Eden! I went in for a ProSkin 30 treatment and left feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole experience so comfortable. My skin felt noticeably smoother and more hydrated right after the treatment, and she gave some great advice. The space itself is calming and beautifully set up. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend Chelsea if you’re after expert skincare with a personal touch!
